MozUp’s commitment to ethical business

MozUp holds itself accountable to the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and the U.K. Bribery Act (UKBA) across all projects and activities. Our staff avoids any activity that would breach the FCPA, the UKBA, Mozambican law or international standards of ethical best practice. Each employee is accountable for upholding the highest ethics and compliance standards while ensuring that these values remain foundational to our work. This is done by following all applicable laws, regulations and company policies as well as assisting and preventing bribery and corruption.

Safeguarding standards

MozUp believes anyone who has contact with the organization must be safeguarded from sexual exploitation and abuse and sexual harassment (SEAH). This includes zero-tolerance of any form of harm or abuse to clients, perpetrated by our staff or partners. Any concerns about sexual exploitation and abuse and sexual harassment relating to MozUp staff or activities should be reported immediately via the ethics hotline website or email.
